We are continuing to keep our home empty for at least 48-56 hours in between guests. This reduces the risk to our housekeeper and our guests giving time to viruses to lose their virulence. Our home is cleaned with Bleach Cleaners and all areas where is commonly touched is wiped down along with a deep cleaning in between guests. Microban 24-hour disinfectant is then applied to commonly touched areas. My wish is for the health and safety for all. Thank you for your understanding.
VRBO phrases that "All fees included" under your booking. It is a little misleading because they consider taxes are not a fee. So taxes are added to your booking. I have discussed this in detail with VRBO but I am not sure they will correct the phrase to, "All fees included except taxes".

TAMARISK RESTAURANT 1 MILE EAST HAS EXCELLENT FOOD, DRINKS AND CRAFTED COFFEE SPECIALTIES. ARCHES NATIONAL PARK 40 MINUTES SOUTH AND JUST A FEW MINUTES MORE. MOAB BOASTS WONDERFUL MICROBREWERIES. CANYONLANDS NATIONAL PARK FARTHER SOUTH OF MOAB. GOBLIN STATE PARK IS 70 MINUTES WEST. CAPITOL REEF IS 85 MINUTES WEST. THE SAN RAFAEL SWELLS 15 MILES WEST, FANTASTIC HUNTING RIGHT ON THE GREEN RIVER. WE HAVE DUCK, GEESE, PHEASANTS, DEER, PRONG HORNS AND AN OCCASIONAL ELK. ENJOY THE HUNDREDS OF MILES OF OFF ROAD TRAILS WHICH TAKES YOU THROUGH BREATHTAKING SCENERY. WE HAVE THE BEST MELONS IN THE NATION, ALL FOR SALE ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. MELON DAYS IS OUR MELON CELEBRATION HELD IN THE THIRD WEEKEND IN SEPTEMBER. WE HAVE RIVER RAFTING EXPEDITIONS WHICH LEAVE FROM HERE OFFERING DAILY WEEKEND OR LONGER TRIPS.
